Devoted or hungry readers may recall
this post from Vienna in which I made Schnitzel with my Austrian-Peruvian friend Milena. As it so happens, a typical Paraguayan dish known as Milanesa is essentially exactly the same thing, although with Paraguayan meat, flour and breadcrumbs it tastes a little different. Here is pictorial evidence!
